"The contact owns a 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4XE. The contact received a recall letter from the manufacturer for NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V741000 (Electrical System); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure but had no safe place to park the vehicle away from other vehicles."

"My 2023 jeep wrangler 4xe indicated a service charging system notification on dash on 29oct2025. It turns on to acc mode only, but does not fully turn on to drive, it is immobilized. 30oct2025, I called jeep roadside assistance to have towed to neareat jeep repair shop, which is autonation jeep Carlsbad. Autonation refused a loaner vehicle, gave a 1-6 week repair timeline, and insisted there is a 250$ diagnostic fee even with the electrical issue, and know idcm issue via stellantis tsb. "While driving to work before daylight the jeep lost all electrical power and cut all lights inside and outside so I couldn't see. There were no other lights to guide me to a pull off. There are no check engine lights on and I was able once stopped to restart in gas mode only."
