Kansas Lemon Law: Your Rights

Kansas's lemon law covers new vehicles under 12,000 pounds (used cars are not covered). If a substantial defect under warranty can't be fixed after a reasonable number of attempts, the manufacturer must replace the vehicle with a comparable one or repurchase it and refund the full price plus collateral charges, less a use allowance based on AAA's Your Driving Costs.
