Georgia Lemon Law: Your Rights

Georgia's lemon law covers new vehicles, and the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division administers it with free state-operated arbitration. If a substantial defect under warranty can't be fixed after a reasonable number of attempts, you can require the manufacturer to repurchase or replace the vehicle, at your choice.
